Regimen is the first digital holistic care company for andrological health. Our products enable our clients and their partners to live happier and healthier lives by taking care of their most intimate issues without relying on pills or resorting to surgery.

We’re looking for a holistic marketing leader who takes charge of our marketing efforts and budgets. You will be responsible for developing a strategy, executing, and controlling it. You are hands-on and highly ROI-focused, paying attention not only to your area of expertise but also to the bigger picture? We can’t wait to get to know you!


You will

develop both short and long term strategies for global DTC promotion of our product to deliver large-scale channel growth and measure and execute against it
oversee analytics to turn insights into action – see customer acquisition, engagement, and retention process from ideation to execution
identify what improves the consumer experience in onboarding
develop our online web presence and drive the multi-channel growth of our customers
define go-to-market strategies and product communication plans, develop marketing materials that drive adoption and revenue
set the vision and strategy to build and develop the marketing team and foster creativity and innovation in the long run
lead our agency partners and ensure a smooth collaboration

You bring

several years of relevant experience in fast-paced environments (e.g. top-performing start-ups, scale-ups, online marketing agencies)
in-depth understanding of:
digital and mobile marketing practices, including SEO/SEM sales
conversion, amplification, ROI/economic value of investments
advertising & branding
creativity in regards to growth hacking and product marketing experience
experience with data analysis, reporting, and strategic planning
a proven ability to translate business requirements across divisions, languages, and cultures
copywriting and editing skills interest in leadership – we are looking for someone who grows with the company and enjoys working with people, proposes budgets, and makes decisions
the courage to take risks, make decisions, test a lot, understand failure and success, and delegate the successful initiatives
fluency in English (min C1-C2)
