Your Role:
As we accelerate our growth at emnify, we are looking for a highly driven, German-speaking Account Executive to join our sales team in Germany.
The Account Executive – New Business (DACH) at emnify will partner with marketing and sales enablement resources to build pipelines and source new opportunities in the allocated territory. Key responsibility is driving the entire sales process from prospecting, lead qualification, opportunity creation to managing the deal closing cycle.

This sales role requires adjusting priorities based on evolving circumstances, and adapting to shifts while demonstrating enthusiasm for continuous learning and improvement.

Your Impact:

Become a Sales Advisor: Be surrounded by trusted IoT sales advisors. They will support you to navigate the full sales cycle—from sparking initial interest to crafting tailored solutions and closing the deal. Your goal? To ensure each customer feels valued and understood
Build Meaningful Relationships: Connect with key players across various domains such as Line of Business Management, Development, Product Management, Operations, and Procurement. Your knack for communication will help you resonate with decision-makers and influencers alike, setting the stage for lasting partnerships
Collaborate and Innovate: Work hand-in-hand with our talented teams in solution engineering, product management, and marketing. Your role is pivotal in weaving together expertise from across the company to deliver compelling, customized solutions that make a real difference
Drive Strategic Initiatives: You’re not just participating in the sales process; you’ll learn to become an active part. By managing everything from pricing strategies and competitive differentiation to contract negotiations, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping our market presence

Your Skills:

Strong verbal and written skills in German (Native level) and English
Ability to quickly adapt to new situations and evolving market conditions, demonstrating a strong enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development in the IoT world
Willingness to dive deeper in sales strategy development, prospecting, lead generation, and an understanding of sales processes and technology stacks (Hubspot, ZoomInfo, RollWorks, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Ask Nicely, DocuSign)
Eagerness to build and maintain robust client relationships and negotiate effectively, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
Effective communication to express ideas and messages clearly, adapting it to different audiences, and ensuring understanding
