Junior Social Media and Customer Service Specialist
Salary Range €29k – €34k per year

Position:
Full-time remote Social Media and Customer Service Specialist. Remote work allowed.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist the Chief Marketing Officer.
Have a thorough understanding of major social media networks, algorithms, and advertising capabilities (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
Assist with various production duties before and during the execution of events.
Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities for strategic outreach.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all media channels.
Monitor social media channels.
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms promptly and professionally.
Assist in scheduling and posting content on various social media platforms.
Help build and nurture the online community by engaging with followers and fostering positive relationships.
Provide customer service through social media channels by addressing customer concerns and escalating issues when necessary.
Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers and work to establish a positive rapport with every customer.
Update customer information in the customer databases.
Create customer data reports.
Answer incoming calls in German, English, and possibly other languages regarding cabin bookings and changes, billing issues, customer problems, service questions, customer concerns, and general inquiries.
Gather information, communicate, and book non-revenue passengers.
Assist with various production duties before and during the execution of events.

Qualifications:

2+ years experience in customer service and social media management.
Knowledge of social media analytics and tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German.
Creative and strategic thinker with problem solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Must have a valid passport and be able to travel to the United States.

Nice to Have:

Fan of heavy metal music.
Knowledge of the music industry is a plus.
Multiple language skills.
Live event experience.
