Job Purpose
Are you interested in sourcing, social media marketing and talent engagement? Do you want to take the first steps in your path to become a Talent Finder with a focus on the data services space? And doing so while working for a global leader in the localization industry? Then our Talent Finding internship for TrainAI is for you! You will be working very closely together with our Talent Finding team to support them in sourcing and vetting talent while building our TrainAI community, and you will liaise very closely with our candidates to ensure they have a successful onboarding journey.
This role is fully remote in Germany, for a 6-month period.
Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities
Support on sourcing activities for the continuous growth of the TrainAI community, mainly for Germany.
Process and review applications of freelance candidates.
Continuously engage candidates throughout their onboarding journey and provide support along this process.
Report on vendor recruitment and onboarding results
Liaise with internal stakeholders to fully understand recruitment needs
Support Talent Managers and Talent Finders in the implementation of recruitment plans
Skills & Experience
A degree in a discipline related to recruitment, communications or social media management
Good written/verbal communication
An interest in AI (e.g.: prompt creation, data annotation, etc.) is strongly preferred
Flexibility and a can-do attitude
Ambition and a desire to learn
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal command in both German and English language
