Job Summary
In this role, you will lead content strategy and execution for multiple projects at Orbita Venture Studio. Your primary objective will be to enhance the online presence of our ventures through tailored, high-quality digital content across various platforms. You will be responsible for building and managing a flexible, creative outsourced team, ensuring that content aligns with each project’s goals and consistently engages the target audience.
We are looking for a content manager with a strong strategic mindset and a passion for creating impactful content. You should excel in content creation, team management, and be driven by the success of each project. Responsibilities:
Project management, creating and leading outsource team of content creators
Formulating the marketing strategy tailored for the promoted project
Assessing and validating marketing objectives with the teams
Content-planning, editing and publishing content according to the plan
Evaluating statistics and results achieved
Hiring, onboarding and managing the outsource team
Requirements:
EU-based with 3+ years of experience working on major online platforms (social media, blogs, publishing)
Proven experience in leading a content team
Strong writing, editing, and content creation abilities for both short and long formats
Experience in candidate research within the content creation field (e.g., copywriters)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Basic graphic content creation skills are a plus
Basic knowledge of SEO optimization
Ability to detect AI-generated content without tools
English at C1 level
Knowledge of French or other European languages would be a plus
Fast learner with a deep understanding of digital content trend
Ability to adapt content creation to different formats
Strong familiarity with digital platforms, algorithms, and team management
