About You
You possess deep manufacturing experience with a passion for the tools and technology that enable modern manufacturing processes, and are familiar with digital transformation initiatives.
You are familiar with MES/MOM, or you have gained experience with related applications such as OEE, QMS, EAM, WMS, SCADA, and ERP.
Your ability to listen attentively and ask the right questions allows you to gather and document customer requirements accurately. You seek to have a deep understanding of customer challenges and processes before offering solutions.
You are articulate with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Whether presenting to customers or prospects, you have a natural ability to engage and connect with your audience. Your confidence and comfort in front of others create an environment that fosters open dialogue and collaboration.
You possess the confidence to say „no“ when a proposed solution doesn’t align with the customers‘ requirements. Your commitment to providing the best possible outcomes ensures that you maintain integrity in recommending solutions that truly meet the needs of our clients.

About Your Team
You will benefit from being part of a dynamic and innovative team within the MES solution consulting organisation, establishing strong connections with the sales team.
You will play a pivotal role by actively supporting the sales team to achieve rapid growth and significant market penetration. This position offers a unique chance to showcase your skills and contribute to the strategic direction of the company.

By collaborating closely with the sales team, you will have the opportunity to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and gain valuable insights into customer needs and market trends. Your Daily Role
Engage in sales discovery calls and sales visits alongside the sales teams to gain a deep understanding of customer requirements and challenges.
Become the trusted advisor for our customers, putting them first, and offering valuable insights around the value of MES.
Work closely with customers and prospects to capture and document their requirements, leading requirement gathering sessions (either remotely or on-site) to ensure we accurately understand their needs.
Contribute to the configuration and maintenance of our demo suites, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with the latest product features and capabilities. This will enable you to deliver compelling demonstrations to customers and prospects.
Stay up to date with the ever-evolving Infor product landscape. This knowledge will empower you to position complementary applications effectively and provide comprehensive solutions to our customers.
Contribute to RFx documents from prospects, showcasing our solution’s value proposition and competitive advantages.
Collaborate with our sales teams on demand-generation activities, driving awareness and interest for Infor MES.
Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations tailored to meet customer requirements. Your ability to showcase the benefits, value proposition, and capabilities of our solution will be key in driving customer engagement.
Participate in delivering internal product training sessions, sharing your knowledge and expertise with colleagues to enhance their understanding of our MES solution.
Provide relevant solution consulting support in marketing events and conferences. This may involve presenting at events, developing reference customers, and conducting competitive positioning and analysis.
Please note that this role will require travel to meet with customers on-site. We value face-to-face interactions and believe that building strong relationships with our customers is crucial to our success.
