Objective
The goals are to generate new business in the target regions, develop and maintain business relations with partners, generate leads from partnership channels, and work with different types of partners (strategic, technology, and business development).
Areas of Responsibility

Generate revenue from the partnership channel.
Conduct introductory calls with groups of partners to explore collaboration opportunities and align on strategic goals.
Continuously review and optimize our partnership strategy to ensure alignment with company objectives and market trends.
Organize webinars and other lead-generation initiatives with partners to leverage their networks and generate leads.
Review and optimize the partnership journey for different partner types, focusing on enhancing partner onboarding processes.
Evaluate the need for a Partner Relationship Management (PRM) system and oversee its selection and implementation if necessary.
Proactively engage top partners through monthly calls and provide necessary assets and support according to their partnership journey stage.
Collaborate with the marketing team to propose and execute partnership-related campaigns and test new hypotheses for enhanced partnership outcomes.
Process opportunities generated from partnership channel
Conduct introductory calls with leads, representing our company and initiating the partnership process.
Qualify Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to assess their potential as partnership opportunities.

Skills

Fluent in written and spoken English
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong collaboration and management skills
The ability to strategically contribute and manage in a cross-functional team environment with excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Result-driven & client-centric approach
Well-developed planning and organizing skills
Experience in working with clients from Europe, the USA, and ASEAN markets
Experience in sales
Experience in partnership development

Knowledge

Completed training in B2B sales
Understanding of IT market, processes, delivery SDLC
Knowledge of AI fundamentals
Knowledge of business development

Experience

3-5 years of experience in B2B global sales
Experience in sales
Experience with the development of partnerships
Experience working in AI / ML domain
Experience working with marketing, operations, and finance on best practices for measuring modern revenue marketing, including OKRs, targets, and attribution
