This is a full-time position, carried out from our beautiful offices in Lisbon or Dubaï. French and English fluency are required.

YOUR MISSION

Your mission is to make our operations team scale our power-skills and coaching trainings through structure, automations, workflows and excellent execution.
You will join the Operations Team reporting to the VP Operations.
With Paradox, it’s the opportunity to work in an environment that is obsessed with automations and taking advantage of digital solutions!
To do so, here are your 4 main responsibilities :
1 – Implement a scalable model to build and deliver our cohort-based trainings to thousands of customers, per year.
At Paradox, each year, we impact thousands of new heroes who want to learn about coaching skills and power-skills. Through our cohort-based programs, we welcome our students through various learning activities such as async. content, lives, community events and practice. Your first and main mission will be to :

Consolidate and structure our existing operations through the creation of step-by-step processes, seamless workflows and automations.
Build and scale our operational system to be able to produce not only three, or five new programs but dozens of new training per year.
Collaborate with our tech team to build our customer platform, sharing customers insights, recommendations and product features.

If you are not already, you’ll learn to be a master in no code tools : Airtable, Notion, Make…

2 – Lead and manage our team of expert to deliver exceptional customer experience to our heroes.

Source, Hire and train our trainers and product experts, all passionate about human psychology to develop training, respecting Paradox methodology, pedagogy, and scientific expertise.
Lead and manage our product experts and trainers dedicated to the development and delivery of our power-skills and coaching programs to ensure the best customer experience possible.
Nurture and grow our pool of experts to maintain a strong level of engagement, expertise and excellence of delivery.

3 – Manage the overall coordination of projects and ensure all programs are delivered on time.

Manage the day-to-day operations, communicate clearly with all Paradox stakeholders (marketing, tech, product and customer support).
Identify structural problems that prevent the flow of information and optimize the way departments work together.

At Paradox, things happen fast, and you will be asked to support new strategic projects as they arise: pricing, new product launches, implementing a new tool etc.

4 – Implement Dashboards, monitoring and analysis of programs KPIs

Track our most important KPIs (NPS, engagement, completion rate, referral) through BI tools and dashboards.
Build weekly metric reports to share product information to our CoDir, and strategic meetings.
Organise user calls to collect customers insights to share it with our product teams and improve our programs.
